Complaints of a too tight foreskin include difficulty urinating, or pain during an erection or during sex. The glans or foreskin can also become inflamed (balanitis). These are all good reasons to have a circumcision performed. Sometimes a skin disease can also be the cause of a too tight foreskin, for example lichen sclerosus.
